One house, two residences

Casa Altamar is an oceanfront house on the point of Yelapa Bay, built in 2026. It's one house with two residences. The upper residence has the main living room, the big kitchen, four bedrooms and a rooftop deck over the bay. The lower residence has two more bedrooms, its own kitchen and its own entrance. Six bedrooms, 5.5 baths, sleeps 20. Families, big groups and yoga retreats fit here. Boat access only, a short walk from the Yelapa pier.

Casa Altamar is built into the hillside above the bay. It has two residences, upper and lower, and you always book the whole house. Each residence has its own private entrance, kitchen, dining area and living room, so a big group can stay under one roof and still spread out. Nothing else in Yelapa comes close in size, and the whole place is yours. The decks look out over the bay and the ocean, with the mountains in view too.

Best views in all of Yelapa! … I cannot wait to be back!

Guest with kidsJuly 2026, on Airbnb

Casa Azul is an amazing place, it is designed so that you can enjoy your stay completely, you can see the love that Matthew and his family put into building it, it is certainly like visiting paradise. The rooms are too comfortable and beautiful, the terraces are amazing, the atmosphere is very quiet, you feel like you are somewhere far from the world, it was completely worth it.
